The Finish
Finish together
Whether it took twenty minutes or a full hour, the finish line says the same thing to everyone who crosses it. No one packs up early. The atmosphere stays until the very last person comes through.

About The Honest Miles
Her Mom Body presents a mile built one honest conversation at a time, with a finish line that waits for every single person to cross it.
Why it exists
We didn't want people to just attend a 5K. We wanted them to feel like they experienced the honest miles: the word honest showing up in the mile markers, the finish line, the check in, and the walk to the car after.
Nothing about this day is here to look good in a photo. It's here to make someone feel seen.
Every activation, sign, vendor, and takeaway on this course answers that question, or it doesn't make the course.
The experience
Come as you are. Leave feeling seen. Here is how the day is built to do that.
The Finish
Whether it took twenty minutes or a full hour, the finish line says the same thing to everyone who crosses it. No one packs up early. The atmosphere stays until the very last person comes through.
Instead of just passing a marker, every mile asks you something. You don't have to answer out loud.
At registration, answer one prompt anonymously. No names, no pressure, just whatever's true that day.
Refresh with fresh juice, Reset with a stretch and a breath, Recharge with matcha and a minute to yourself. Even the vendors are part of the experience.
Every participant gets the same medal. It was never about speed. It's about the decision to show up.
Our story
The story of why this race started, and what "honest" means to the people behind it, is on its way. We'd rather wait for their words than fill this space with ours.
In the meantime, the best way to meet us is on a weekly run.
Come as you are
This will not feel like another 5K. It will feel like something you remember long after you leave.
