The short version
When you register and complete payment for The Honest Miles 5K, your spot is confirmed. Registration is a final decision: we don't offer refunds, transfers, or deferrals to a future race simply because your plans changed.
Exceptions
We do make exceptions on a case-by-case basis for special circumstances, including but not limited to:
- The event is cancelled or significantly changed by us (date, location, or format)
- A documented medical emergency or serious illness that prevents you from participating
- Other extraordinary circumstances at our discretion
To request a refund under one of these circumstances, contact us with your registration details and the reason for your request. Approved exceptions are handled individually by an organizer: there's no automatic or self-service cancellation on this site.
If the event is cancelled
If we cancel the event entirely, registered participants will be offered a full refund or the option to roll their registration forward to the next race, your choice.
